Support plans include automatic backups at a frequency matching your plan. If you need longer retention (30, 60, or 90 days) or granular restores of individual files and tables, our standalone backup service covers that.
How is your backup service different from my hosting provider's backups?
Most hosting providers offer basic daily backups with limited retention, stored on the same infrastructure as your site. Our standalone backup service stores copies offsite in multiple geographic locations, verifies every backup after it runs, and retains up to 90 days of history.
Will backups slow down my website?
No. After the initial full backup, we use incremental backups that only capture changes since the last run, scheduled during low-traffic periods. Most site owners never notice any performance impact.
What happens if a backup fails?
