How we work

We clarify the goal, baseline and constraints. Complex integrations may start with a separately priced diagnostic.
Implementation
We quote a fixed scope, acceptance criteria and separate initial price.
Monthly care
We agree a defined support or development scope, review the effect and choose the next improvement.

Scheduled updates, checks, a monthly report and up to one small change for one site or store.

Support, monitoring of one previously implemented process and up to two small changes in total.
Discuss your goal →A small change takes up to 45 minutes in total to implement, check and publish. New sites, integrations and AI processes are quoted separately. Hosting, licences and AI usage are separate costs. Monthly billing; 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Routine requests: initial response within 24 business hours. We prioritise critical incidents as soon as possible during working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Sofia, excluding Bulgarian public holidays. Response time is not resolution time.
Open foundations and portable solutions
We prefer open source and hand over the agreed code, configuration and data export instructions. n8n is an explicit fair-code exception. We work on a client-owned instance; hosting and licensing are assessed separately.
